1. The abstracts should be not more than 300 words and typed in given format

2. The title should be brief and in capitals and should match the categories mentioned above. Soft copy: Single page, MS Word, Font: - Times New Roman, Font Size 12.

3. The abstracts should contain the following headings:
   Objectives
   Materials & methods
   Results
   Conclusion
   3 - 5 keywords

4. Case report should have introduction, case report, and conclusion

5. Abstract may also be submitted through conference e-mail ID

6. Expenses associated with preparation, submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibilities of the presenting author(s).

7. The scientific committee will evaluate all abstracts and abstracts will be selected on the basis of validity, novelty and significance.

8. Deadline for the abstract submission is 10th February 2009.
   

 Guidelines for Poster Presentation

1. Size of poster should be 80 cm (w) x 120 cm (h).

2. Font size should be such that it can be read from a distance of 3 meters.

3. Name and photo of presenter should be at the top right of the poster.

4. Presenter should be present at the site of poster presentation area.

5. Abstract of poster should be less then 250 words, soft copy: Single page, MS words and Font: - Times New Roman, Font Size 12.

6. The abstracts should contain the following headings:
   Objectives
   Materials & methods
   Results
   Conclusion
   3 - 5 keywords

7. Deadline for abstract submission is 10 February 09

8. It’s mandatory for a poster presenter to register as delegate for the conference

9. Expenses associated with preparation, submission and presentation of an abstract are the responsibilities of the presenting author(s)

10. The scientific committee will evaluate all abstracts and abstracts will be selected on the basis of validity, novelty and significance.
